Looking for Bookmark artists!

Want YOUR bookmark creation to be the West University Branch Library bookmark of the year? The Friends will pick one Bookmark Artist in two age groups: K-2nd and 3rd-5th. Starting April 27, decorate a bookmark (available at the West U Branch Library (6108 Auden) and in West U Elementary Monday folders). Submit your bookmarks to the front desk of the West U Library (6108 Auden) by 6pm on May 22, 2026. On June 6, in conjunction with the Summer Reading Program Kickoff, the Friends will announce Bookmark Artists for 2026 (K-2, 3-5). The Bookmark Artists will have their creations distributed at the West University Branch Library for all of 2026!

To enter: Pick up your entry form and bookmark from the West U Branch Library starting April 27, decorate it however you want (possible themes: love your library, summer reading, unearth a story). Make sure to include your NAME, GRADE, PARENT’S NAME & CONTACT INFO (email, phone) on the entry form.
